Alright. Let me explain this.
In my barely-written story, LBGA, the inspiration for most of my guro stuff (And art in general.), the main character is Labyrinthitis, a manic 6''5 dickgirl monster. She has a few 'pets', maimed and/or masochistic boys that she loves dearly, even if she does abuse them. In this scene (Not written yet, won't be for ages.), a bounty hunter called Clover has just killed one of Labyrinthitis' pets. Labyrinthitis completely loses it, sobbing and crying so hard she throws up. After this, she lunges at Clover, tearing her to pieces (starting with her tits) and literally eating her alive, piece by piece. This is why Labyrinthitis looks so distressed, even though no physical damage is done to her. I'll color this up later, along with that Soule picture from yesterday, as I'm pleased with them both. Even though this sketch is, to quote one of Loli's victims, 'really sketchy', I'm submitting it anyway. ;0
And yeah Labyr looks fucking crazed and out of proportion, she's meant to.
P.S. Labyrinthitis is wearing the clothes the bad 'Anna's' in Gen13 wore when they killed the person she pretends is her brother. It's a long story.
