Making a complete walkthrough would take way too long, so I'm just going to sum it up.

You play as a scat-trainer (can't really adapt the pun here), and you must train a girl (四里野亜菜, Ana Yorino?) during three weeks according to the wishes of your client.

At the end of every week, on Sunday, the client comes for a checkup ; if the request is fufilled, the next week starts with another one, if it isn't, you are kindly told to GTFO and the game ends.

If you manage to clear all three weeks, you get one of the four endings : normal end, bad end, and two happy ends depending on whether shame or oppression is the highest for Ana.

Week 1 : Make her shit.
Week 2 : Abundant diarrhea with a macaque's butt.

Some hints just because I feel like it.

Week 1 : Rock-hard stool or regular stool. As long as Ana isn't constipated, you'll succeed, but if she gets the runs, you won't get anything else than normal end.

Week 2 : If that isn't obvious enough, spank Ana. Feed her 3-day old curry to give her epic diarrhea. Her stool has to be soft, or else you will get the normal end.

Week 3 : This is where you will do ending manipulation. Save. Get Ana's anal diameter to 100, or else you get the normal end.

If Ana faints on Saturdays, her stamina won't be penalized. So, you may train her harder than usual on that day.

Ending manipulation :

1. Week 1 : Regular or rock-hard stool ; Week 2 : Soft stool ; Week 3 : Anal diameter = 100

Alright, no new content so it's story tiem now.
This one's a bit old but I'm still fairly happy with it (didn't quite finish it though).

Another burp escaped him, more of the sour liquid dripping from his mouth. He heaved quite violently after that, vomit rushing up his throat, and pouring out from between his lips.
