Well first you make a zip file (I'm sure you know how). After this you make a membership with a file sharing site, my personal preference is mediafire.

After subscribing there should be an icon to click to upload the file. Click on this and you should eventually get a dialogue box similar to the one you would use to open any other file. Click on the zip folder to select it and then click the upload option.

When it is uploaded you should find a box called 'share' or somehting else along those lines that contains a link to the file. Post the link here and Bob's your uncle, Fanny's you aunt, you are done
