I think the author called himself melibe papillosa and the books were chapters called burgess n melces, with subtitles like anomalocaris and such. Once upon a time I had a couple of these, but I'm afraid they're long gone. If you mean what I posted, it's from my horror game, one of the endings has the villain amputate your limbs and make the heroine become a sow, saying that boars are anxious to couplate with her soon. Mamabliss did the art for this and she has worked on various other projects of mine as well.

As far as I can understand the text (keep in mind I don't speak any Japanese), it seems like she was captured by someone for doing something to them, maybe she is a spy or such. The person not in the picture is talking about her being a great guinea pig for some new drug they will test on her, while she doesn't seem phased by his(?) threats, instead playing dumb and not giving/telling him what he wants. So the drug is given to her. Maybe someone else actually understands Japanese and can translate it?
