Besides my post above I can say I quit on account of getting wore out,it's like reading a bad romance novel or chick flick-and I'm a guy and a metal head so my tolerance for such is VERY limited.

Sometimes I just wanna slap the shit out of the girls in the game,if I was in place with that many emotionally damaged people I'd bloody run,I'm NORMAL goddamit! I can deal with a person I love having a few things in the past to deal with but,crissakes,not a whole herd of them.

I may try to finish it,but so far I like Emi best,she comes across as the most balanced character but also kinda feels like the token "loli,nympho,we're thumbing our nose at the uneducated masses again" shtick.

Really I could ball bat the creators most days,they are fucking annoying.

One thing I don't like about the game is how the creators tried to minimize the sex,they have this big hang up with lifting their noses and saying "it's NOT about the sex,we're better then that!"

Oh yea?,then why not just leave it out Sherlock? why bother with it at all if it means so little to you?

I got the ban hammer about two years ago because I suggested,a bit heatedly I may add,that they should give each girl a menu of sex acts i.e. oral,anal,vaginal along with something unique to each one's disability i.e. Rin gives a foot job since THIS IS A H GAME but oh,no! we cannot do that! this is SO much MORE then an H game..

Now that it's done and I've played it I can see all kinds of prejudice in it in regards to the sex scenes,the one anal part is made a joke and the rest is just reeking of snobbery...by what seems like a bunch of teenage know it all's.

I think they should have axed those parts and just made a non-H visual novel,it would have been fantastic by most standards.

Besides that it's a bit overwrought in the emotions department,does ALL of the damn women here have a Beverly Hillbillies size load of emotional baggage? couldn't we do with maybe a couple of them having some stress from their past? (I could see Hanako being one) again it's like you got a bunch of teen Naruto fans to go and write a drama,basically it's over done and has no knowledge of what real life is like-if the school had that many tear jerking students it'd be a nut house,not a school.

And then there's the whole "IT'S MINE! IT'S MY PRECIOUS!!" thing with the developers,I rejoined after being invited and made a suggestion that maybe someone could take the game and redo it as,say,a comedy....

Nope,they told me they have a patent on it and won't share NOTHING....oh...really? and yet you didn't even create these characters but you're gonna PATENT the game? what am I missing?

And I got told they patented the game engine,not the girls so I could,technically,do another game with the girls but not use anything from four leaf's game-ya confused yet???

Overall great game,has a few faults,but great;however the fans and creators are mental wackos who are probably just getting over their first case of acne,or are one fry short of a straight jacket.

Un no,not at all I have known folks with "problems" and I just treat them like anybody else,same as with different races (I ain't white BTW) I just don't see people with whatever brush others like to use on them I just see HUMAN period.

My deal with the whole Katawa fanbase is the whole "touchy-feely,I'm SO emotional PC crap" vibe I do not gel well with those types at all and see them as the downfall of society in our times.
it's fine to have emotions but when you let them cloud your judgment or make you act in a very stupid way I tend to try and get the fuck away from you,FAST.

As R&T said it's a fucking game everybody,and well done if a bit faulted by the creators prejudice.

But it ain't the meaning of life.

Nor is it a great philosophy.

It's just a damn game.
