well mr alternate me. I too was 5, not so much of my assistant, but my best childhood friend, a girl, did get us naked, and from then on I still have the same image of her perfect little lowerhalf. (She was 1/2 white 1/2 native for a reference)

i know it's disappointing but the thing is that this isn't the first time he referenced this trick. this is like the 9th time he had a character cut in half, or looked like they were cut in half. this one just happened to show how the trick works. the sad thing is that Mere Dere
(the manga) hasn't been translated or scanned, i found those in his blog. so there might be more in the manga and maybe in his future stuff.

I like the sword box/impalement ones better than division, the 2nd could of used a few more swords though. The peril/suspense of the girl running out of room is part of the fun.
