Nobody knows. The artist is simply an anonymous user who posts here and on the other Japanese guro site.
He, or she, normally posts a new picture every month or so. However, that does not mean this artist will post something new every month. Lets all just be grateful that such art exists on this website. If this artist does post something new, that's great and lets be thankful of that. If not, the artists probably has their reasons.
Either way, ff you see anyone who asks the same question, please politely tell them the same thing I told you to keep down the number of reposts/requests.
Hopefully this artist will post new stuff soon.
