there is about 3 death... fucked by tentacles, bellystabbed by tentacles, devoured by tentacle monster... the model seem to hide more possibilities... perhaps in a other version

To get raped, you gotta die from the left wide tentacle swing.
He uses it when you go to it's left side (your right side).

To get stabbed and your intestines played with, you gotta die from the left tentacle stab.

To get eaten, you gotta stay put when he submerges and appears beneath you. Your HP doesn't matter in this case.

There is no death scene regarding the "spit" move he does. In this case your HP will go below 0 when hit near death (-2, -5 etc.).
