Simply visit a site like mediafire or megaupload, then click on browse, look for the file you want to upload, then type out the other information like a file description or anything else they might ask for like that.
Then just hit upload and leave it going, then it'll give you a link.
The only thing is that you can't put full links on any of the boards here at gurochan anymore due to spam bots, so you just need to take off the first part containing the first part (the three w's).
For example megaupload.com/blahblahblah or whatever the link is without the three w's or the http part.
