If that doesn't work, try IQDB. For screenshots and animations from anime, use SauceNAO. For manga/doujinshi/comic pages, E-Hentai should have it. If it contains loli, shota, incest or bestiality, use ExHentai instead (you'll need a free E-Hentai account). For manga/doujinshi covers, go to E-/ExHentai. If they don't have it, the Lexicon may at least be able to tell you who the artist is. For pictures that look like they're from a CG set or a game, use E-/ExHentai. Use TinEye as a last resort. Maybe you should mantion the new abilities of Google Image Search as well? Most of the time it finds more pics than Tineye does.
This is not what /req/ is going to look like in the future. I will need to add a new board type to kusaba x, some sort of mixture between a text board and an image board, just like you were used to from the old /req/. I have no ETA on this.
