the artist named himself Mikhail in the previous version of GUROchan, but I don't know what has happen to him and I don't know if he still come on GUROchan...and sadly, I don't know how to contact him either

Check the /req/ archive, I think he left his mail address inone of the old threads.

I have a few ideas, I like the idea of a playful and deadly vampire scenario where the vampire lady takes the human lady's heart out but not seperate but holds it out of the woman's chest enough to where she can pierce the woman's aorta and let the heart pump blood in her mouth, giving it a little squeeze every now and then.

or, a small and torturous fairy lady tying up a somewhat tall and athletic woman and cutting holes in her chest where she can lay on the woman's body with her arms inside her squeezing and playing with the heart as she sees fit.

I have a couple of others but can't think of them at the moment lol, alot are not so fantasy creature oriented but I guess it doesn't matter lol

your ideas are good, but would be hard to put as a single picture, would be more like a short comic

Yeah, I was thinking that too. it's hard to get too many ideas without a scenario nowdays because arrows, bullets, ripped out, stabbed etc. have been covered, maybe some shocking with a little note in it. haven't seen heart shocking in a while.

I tend to prefer scenarios where the heart is being toyed with or bled slowly over instant destruction kinda things.

Or maybe an amazon like tribal teaching a younger warrior a fun way to take out or subdue unruly captives in a way that the others understand what happens. such as ripping out her heart and holding it in front off them until it stops.

The story of it can be drawn in one pic of her holding the lifeless body in one hand and holding up the heart in the other and maybe a little story in the pic :D

I personally think that the well is dry since long ago...sadly

the arts can still come but the originality will not be there, everything have been seen concerning heart deaths...
